The 6l999 brand name, logo, and all associated trademarks and service marks are proprietary to 6l999. Unauthorised use of any 6l999 trademark, including in any domain name, social media handle, or promotional material, is prohibited and may result in legal action. Game content displayed on the 6l999 platform (including game graphics, audio, and software) remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, and NetEnt.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6l999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services, even if 6l999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's registered payment method after any outstanding wagering requirements or pending verifications have been completed.
